Whether you are training for a specific goal or looking to make a long-term lifestyle change, a beginner or experienced gym-goer, we can offer the support and accountability you need, creating a programme unique to you.
Your fitness journey begins with a comprehensive questionnaire to understand your goals, health status, and medical history.
This is followed by a detailed consultation at our Winchester gym, where we discuss your aspirations, nutrition, and training frequency. We also conduct appropriate testing and provide an induction to our state-of-the-art gym equipment.
Based on the consultation, your coach will design a bespoke programme tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Our programs typically last between 3 to 6 months, with a recommendation of 6 to 12 months for optimal results. These programmes follow strength training and nutrition guidance, ensuring a holistic approach to your fitness.
Train at our premium strength and conditioning facility, with access to world-leading equipment.
Alongside training by our expert coaches, we may offer remote consultation with our nutritionist or rehab specialist, if we feel you could benefit from their advice.
Unlike commercial or unsupervised gyms, we ensure a safe, supportive environment where you can train with confidence.
FLEXIBLE AND ACCESSIBLE TRAINING
As a member, you will benefit from one-on-one sessions with your coach. We recommend a minimum of three personal training sessions per week, but will work around your needs and lifestyle, designing a programme that is tailored to how often you want to meet and train with your coach on a weekly or monthly basis.
Outside of the agreed sessions, you are welcome to book and use the gym independently. Our coaches are always on hand to offer guidance and adjust your programme as needed.
